As some of us have discussed during the The Last Tweetup of 2009, we are now beginning the year with the “First Tweetup of 2010″. I’m glad that there was a significant growth of Twitter usage in Hong Kong in 2009, I believe 2010 will be the year when Twitter really takes off in Hong Kong, and many other Asian countries.

Never attended a Tweetup before?

Tweetup is basically a meetup organized for all Hong Kong Twitter users to meet and connect in real life. So basically everyone with a Twitter account is welcomed, we all like to meet new people! Check the pictures from our last Tweetup.

Where will it be?

When?

Thursday 14th January. Some people get off work late, others have work early the next day, so I think around 8pm is good. My ex colleague @Tortue, who’s now one of the pioneers of a Taiwanese startup will be in Hong Kong again from France.
